1. Who we are

DigitalDrop Empire is operated by Axel carl erik Lärka, an individual seller ("we", "us"). By using this website and its services you are entering into an agreement with Axel carl erik Lärka.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. The service

DigitalDrop Empire is an online educational academy about digital dropshipping, providing lessons, quizzes, templates and downloadable resources. Starter accounts include selected preview lessons and resources; Empire Pro gives access to the full bootcamp and resource library after a one-time purchase.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringing our or others' intellectual property, including sharing, reselling or redistributing bootcamp content or account access;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing systems, or scraping content;
• reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual property and licence

We retain all rights in the service, including lessons, software, documentation, templates and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning and business within your plan. Templates may be used in your own business but not resold or redistributed as standalone products.

7. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Empire Pro is a one-time purchase that gives lifetime access to the bootcamp for as long as the service is offered; it does not renew automatically. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Educational content, no guarantees

Content is for educational purposes only and is not legal, financial or tax advice. Results depend on experience, effort, market conditions and execution; no income, sales or business results are guaranteed.

9. Service level and warranties

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends, your progress data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

12. General

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Events beyond our reasonable control excuse delays in performance. You may not assign your account without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
